The Caroline County Summer Fest is here again,
and our Roast Beef Sandwich Booth
is in full preparation.
The dates are Friday, August 15th, from 5 - 10 pm,
and Saturday, August 16th, from 2 - 10 pm.
This is our biggest undertaking of the year, so plan to help!

This year we plan on cooking, preparing and selling more Roast Beef Sandwiches than ever!
The beef (more than 700 lbs) will be coming in Thursday, 14th and we'll begin cooking right away for the Friday night event; on Friday we'll cook for Saturday. With our 'new' warming transporters, the double warming oven and the warming tray we can cook more beef and keep it available at the booth so there will be no pause in the Roast Beef Sandwich preparation.
Thanks to Brother Knight Joe Kidwell, all our drinks (more than 50 cases) have been donated by our Coke Cola distributor. This will increase our profit by a big margin for the weekend.
They are also providing a sign with our menu and costs and our Saint Joan of Arc Council name.

St. Joan of Arc provides breakfast for the parish once each month after the 8:30 am Mass for Father Carroll's Super Sunday presentations.
