Are you yearning for something more in your life?
U
Maybe you have been looking for enrichment in your life in all the wrong places.
Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) is the place for you. Every year adults are welcomed into the
Catholic Community through RCIA. It is a learning and loving process in which conversion of the heart
brings you to Jesus Christ who is our Lord and Savior. “Come to me, all you who are weary and find life
burdensome, and I will refresh you. Take my yoke upon your shoulders and learn from me, for I am
gentle and humble of heart. Your souls will find rest, for my yoke is easy and my burden light.” (Matthew
11:28-39).

“THERESE” MOVIE
Join your fellow parishioners on Thursday, April 27th at 1:30 p.m. and again 7:00 p.m. in our Parish
Family Life Center Hall to experience viewing this moving Leonardo DeFilippis depiction of the true story
of Saint Therese of Lisieux; Ordinary girl, Extraordinary soul. This movie recounts her life from her
Victorian French family through her journey to Rome to beg Pope Leo XIII for permission to enter the
Carmelite monastery at the unheard of age of 15. Through the rigors of monastic life, she made the
surprising yet simply discovery that holiness can be achieved by small acts of love and compassion – a
spiritual path she called the “Little Way”. Come and connect with us for this breathtaking event during
the Easter season!.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
Our parish is planning to operate a Vacation Bible School this summer. It is scheduled to run between
July 10-14 from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m., and we will end our time together on Friday evening with Mass, a
picnic and a play. The program will be open to all children from Pre-K to 8th and will be based on our
Catholic faith. A week of Spirituality and enlightenment is guaranteed! The group is planning all types of
activities, crafts, games and religious programs to broaden the children’s Catholic formation. A lot of time
and energy will be required to make this a success.
