LIT CANVAS PAINT NIGHT
December  6th,  will  be  held  on  Friday,  January  27th
Come and create a work of art featuring the inspirational word of your choice (i.e.
hope,  faith,  believe,  celebrate,  etc…).    The  canvases  will  be  lit  with  battery
powered  lights  and  sparkling crystals and will make a nice holiday or year-round
display or a great gift.  Cost is $30 per person and all supplies are included.  No
artistic  experience  necessary  –

“Behold the Gift” –

Due  to  inclement  weather  on  the  original  date,  the  12th
Pageant, “Behold the Gift”, sponsored by the Ridgely-area churches, has been re-
scheduled for
the  Ridgely  Town  Hall.

part of the season of Christmas.  We all get so wrapped up in the hustle and bustle
of the secular Christmas season.  This pageant offers some time to celebrate the
TRUE  meaning  of  Christmas.  The  pageant  includes  the  proclamation  of  the story
of  our  Lord's  birth  accompanied  by  live  re-enactment  by  costumed  actors  and
animals.  Christmas carols, led by the Pageant Choir and musicians, are dispersed
throughout  the  reading  of  scripture.    The  audience  is  encouraged  to sing along.  
Following  the  show,  there  will  be  a  reception  with hot chocolate and cookies in
Town Hall.

MARCH FOR  LIFE  & YOUTH  MASS and RALLY

The  Annual  March for Life will take place in Washington, D.C. on Friday, January
27, 2017.  Although our parish will not be contracting a bus for this year’s March,
we do have 7 tickets available for anyone who wishes to attend the Mass & Rally
for  Life  (which  will  be  held  prior  to  the  March  at  the  Verizon  Center)  Visit
