Absent: Dominic Nallathambi, Karen Gianninoto, Tom
Fleming, Deacon Brad Taylor, Greg
Campbell, Deacon Bill Nickum, and Joe Doherty
Council Agenda
A. Old Business-
Ed Centofante discussed budget; approved as written.
* Fr. Carroll said, “ We are a very good nonprofit
agency.”
* We spend what we get in.
* Committees make known what they want to do and
finance finds a way to make the money to
do the
project.
* Annual Catholic Appeal- we are $5000 over our
projected figure!!!!
*  Springfest- made $13,000 in 1 evening- $3000 more
than last year!!!
* From Committee chairs and finance meeting together
people are being reimbursed more than
before
therefore, petty cash on hand increased to $150.
Updates:
* June 25th 12 noon mass and volunteer luncheon to
follow- Council Please encourage people
we know who
volunteer to come to luncheon and appreciation mass!!
(Cancelled)
* June 7:15 a.m. Masses going well, 40-50 people each
week.  They say it works well for them!
May go through
summer; Fr. Carroll still to decide.
** Official Thank You’s were made by Fr. Carroll to
those ending terms on the council.
Parish Council Elections:
Executive Officer- Fred Bradbury
Secretary- Lindsey McCormick
Two executive Committee members- Flo Petroski and
Maureen Durner
* August will be a meeting for new council members
* No July meeting
* No August meeting
* There will be an installation of council members at
an 11:15 mass in September.
The meeting was adjourned.
