parish investment with Diocese of $130,000.  At present, we have only been able
to increase investments because of gifts.
Our goal is to have a reserve of more than our annual budget.
Bringing the Vision to Life Campaign income still coming in.  $77,000 more to
come .
Feb. 06 will end the 3 year pledges.
Upcoming plan: hope to see increase in offertory income.
Discussion on Stewardship:
1. Can we give a guideline; you need to put a certain amount of income, maybe a
scale.
2. Maybe an anonymous tale of stewardship- what motivates them, how do they
decide the amount?
3. Some people give what their family has always given
4. Finance committee has discussed -What it means to be a parishioner
Stewardship- goes well beyond $, time just as valuable.  Possible information
night for new and young adult parishioners.
5. Past 4 years-basket income has not gone up; but, new parishioners are very
good at stewardship
