Thank you for your response to a stewardship commitment by returning your brochure. Initial reviews show a

great witness to stewardship and the support of what we do make happen here. However, we only have 85

commitments returned from a parish of 508 families. Those 85 families are involved parishioners who have

committed 1/2 of our present offertory budget. Wow!

If you have not returned your commitment statement, you may through the collection basket or by mail. In a

few weeks, a follow up letter will be sent out to those that we have not heard from so that we can get the best picture for

our future planning. This insert is an attempt to reduce the number of letters that need to be mailed especially as postage rises this

week. Below is another opportunity to communicate your commitment with us. We appreciate the many reasons that some choose not

to use envelopes or who desire that their gifts be anonymous. We know how vital your generous stewardship is to our parish and so we

ask that you indicate a weekly, monthly or yearly commitment so that we can plan with realistic numbers.

For those interested, information will be provided for electronic fund transfers. The easiest, no cost option is to set that payment up

with your own bank as a number of parishioners already have done. A few parishioners who bank on-line have checks mailed to us

directly from their bank.

The embrace of total stewardship will continue to shape the conscience of our parish leadership. You will hear more about ways that we

are making this a reality. As we prepare for budget planning, the parish staff has already looked at ways that we can be more efficient

and focused by narrowing our printed resources and using email to cut down mailing costs.
